This video is for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. Made famous by Oklahoma State’s coach John Smith and all the wrestlers from Okie St. who still do it to this day, the low single is one of the most effective leg attacks from neutral or standing in wrestling. This technique is a bit more advanced then my other videos.

This video shows an alternative finish for when your opponent stuffs your head to the inside and you can’t get him on his hip. As soon as you can’t get him on his hip, you want to immediately look for your back side finish.

You want to come out the back door and stay in good position the whole time. It also called going through the hole or out the backside. Keep your pressure into him, and make sure you tuck your ankles to avoid the funk roll.

This video is good for people who are new to wrestling and looking for instruction, for people just beginning or learning wrestling, or for anyone who wants to improve their wrestling basics or fundamentals.
